Finding the Right Candidate for your Market Research, Analysis, Insight and Planning Team
  • Prepare a job brief, a one page description of the market research or market analysis role and key competencies 
  • Separate essential and desirable and think about what you need from candidates
  • Make sure the interviewers are prepared and have read the CV, try to get the same person to do all 1st interviews for consistency
