You role will be pivotal in leading a team of researchers, project leadership and in the account management of key clients. This role will broaden your people management experience and give you a high degree of autonomy but at the same time you will be supported by Directors and strong management training. The ideal candidate will be an AD or a top level RM in a well known research agency with some experience of advertising research. You will have a thorough knowledge of quantitative methodology and regular experience at pitching and debriefing. A passion for advertising and brands is essential.
