Sinead Hasson

Sinead started her recruitment career at Pricejamieson and then joined RPCushing before setting up Hasson Associates in January 2008. She wanted to set up an agency that focussed on the needs of the clients and candidates in the field of market research - delivering on requirements and helping people and companies to acheive their objectives. She is passionate about recruitment and that is evident in her determination to fill every market research vacancy. Sarah has worked in recruitment since 1999 – managing large scale graduate recruitment before specialising in market research recruitment. Sarah has led research recruitment teams at leading agencies including RPCushing, Soho Search and Major Players before joining Hasson Associates in February 2008. She is relentless in pursuit of the perfect candidate for every role she works on and her energy within the team knows no bounds. Nicky started her research career at BMRB International where she managed research projects for a mix of clients. She moved into recruitment in 2000, recruiting research and operations positions for Pricejamieson, before joining Hasson Associates in 2008. Nicky works across all areas and is our Operations and online research specialist. She has a strong understanding of the different functions within research and fully understands the positions she is recruiting for as well as the role of the candidates she interviews. After 3 years of working as a market researcher on both quantitative and qualitative projects at BMRB International and Pegram Walters (now Synovate), Kate moved into recruiting for the market research industry in 1998. Kate has worked for EMR Group, Pricejamieson and ENI before joining Hasson Associates in August 2008. Kate works with a range of clients from small boutique agencies to global companies both on the agency and client side and is very experienced at executive level recruitment. After working in the Employee Research team at ORC International for 3.5 years, Bea joined Hasson Associates in August 2010. Bea has worked on several employee research projects across various sectors and was also heavily involved in the project management of a large public sector syndicated survey. Bea is an invaluable resource within our team when we are researching the market to find suitable candidates and also in supporting our associates. Katie started her career as a qualitative researcher, working at Hauck Research International (now part of Illuminas) as a Graduate and CSR International. She freelanced for RI in Sydney whilst travelling round the world before joining SPA where she focused on media , ad & branding qualitative projects. In 2005 she took the leap into recruiting for the research industry, and hasn’t looked back! Katie has worked at RPCushing and ENI before joining Hasson Associates in January 2011. Damon Thomas

Damon joined the Hasson Associates team in October 2011, bringing with him ten years market research, insight and analysis recruitment experience, having headed teams at other market research specialists. Prior to recruitment Damon spent six years in financial services marketing and has an MA in Marketing. Damon works across disciplines and is equally at home recruiting a quallie, as he is an econometrician, both on the agency and client-side.
